Quaker Leader Scholars Program
Recipients of the Quaker Leader Scholar award meet regularly for faith exploration and leadership cultivation. The scholarship also requires a moderate commitment to volunteer service in each semester. The scholarship application process is competitive, and the award is a substantial percentage of tuition. As the award has grown, so have expectations of the scholarship program, and we continue to look at how to shape a program which builds leadership among Young Adult Friends for Friends' organizations, and for service to the world.

Requirements for the scholarship include academic achievement, prior involvement in a Friends Meeting, and willingness to actively participate in the Quaker Leader Scholars program. Other requirements include an essay and on-campus interview. Application is made through the Admissions Office, and may be made in any year of the student's Wilmington College career.
